The call for projects regarding TV series and webseries will open as of Friday 12 April 2019.

The Brussels Fantastic Film Festival, in collaboration with INCAA’s Blood Window program,
will select two Belgium genre projects to form part of the program in the next edition of Blood

Window/Ventana Sur in Argentina. The call aims to promote TV projects and other formats
aimed at the Latin American market. The selected projects will partake of advisory meetings,

meetings with specialists, regional funds, and pitching presentations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

• The event will be held from the 2 to the 6 of December 2019 in Buenos Aires.

• Two (2) Belgium projects regarding TV series and other formats in development or
production will be selected and will be part of the Blood Window program.

• Projects must be of the fantastic genre and fall within the categories: terror, science

fiction and/or fantasy, including productions that combine these subgenres with other
recognizable subgenres within suspense, action, police, black comedy, and/or variants of
each other.

• Only Belgium production projects or projects with Belgium majority participation may CALL FOR PROPOSALS B2 TV PROJECTS

participate.

• Priority will be given to projects that are open to international co-producers.

• Selected projects must have a representative at Blood Window. He/she must be the director

and/or producer of the project.

• Projects must have a teaser or proof of concept of up to 5 minutes.

• The pitch presentation will have a maximum duration of 15 minutes and will take place at
Ventana Sur.

• IMPORTANT: The pitch for the project must be held in English.
